I appreciated that the grounds provided excellent walks. Staff members were professional and helpful. The food choice was varied and offered multiple options.

the grounds were beautiful, it had fantastic scenery.
I stayed for one night, and the experience wasn't great. The room looked tired. the carpet was stained and dusty. I also noticed some torn bedlinen. it didn't feel clean.

powerful showerlong waituncoordinated staff
the room was comfortable with a large bathroom and a powerful shower it was what i expected.
i stayed for two nights and paid a hefty price for the cheapest room i found some aspects of the hotel lacking for that price drinks at the bar took too long to arrive and staff seemed unsure about what they were doing dinner service was slow with uncoordinated staff it was a bit of a mess really.

The staff showed genuine kindness and care when we returned to the hotel after a car accident. They reassured us that we could stay as long as needed and offered complimentary access to the spa. The spa team checked in on us and offered drinks on the house. We appreciated this level of hospitality during a difficult time.
I found the hotel to feel somewhat corporate, which detracted slightly from a more personal experience.

The food in the restaurant was good, showcasing the chef's talent.. I found the staff very attentive and courteous, especially Rob in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good selection of items, and it was delivered promptly to our table.

The room was spacious and clean, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay, especially the superking bed. We also enjoyed the power shower after a long journey. Robes had a pleasant scent.

The spa facilities were clean and modern, with a bar overlooking the infinity pool. There were multiple sauna and steam room options, alongside indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. Treatments induced deep relaxation.
